I graduated from the University of Macau and got Master Degree of International Law in English Language. I used to be an undergraduate student in Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, which is one of the most famous law schools in mainland China. My major is Law, and I have a dual bachelor degree of Accounting. Ipassed the National Judicial Examination in 2011 and then got the legal professional qualification certificate in 2012. In master period, I researched the issues of International Economics Law and Private International Law, especially International Trade law and International Banking Law. I mainly deal with civil dispute cases such as contract disputes, divorce disputes, labor disputes, etc. Also, I amfamiliar withcorporation law, and have practical experiences on cases of enterprise/foreign enterprise establishment, mergers and acquisition, and bankruptcy.
